About

I am an ICF Accredited (AAC) and ADDCA Certified ADHD Coach (AACC). I bring 20+years of experience designing and delivering tailored learning programs and coaching across various industries, combined with lived experience of raising three neurodivergent teenagers, to offer a compassionate and insightful approach to my ADHD coaching.

As a coach, I work with all neurodivergent adults, ADHD parents, small groups and workplaces to help uncover strengths and achieve professional and personal goals. I have a special interest in recently diagnosed ADHDers and AuADHDers.

Through my coaching you will gain a better understanding of your unique brain, develop strategies and systems to help maximise your strengths and minimise the impact of your ADHD symptoms.

I have a BA Hons from University Melbourne, Diploma in Governance, Cert IV Training, Cert Intercultural Communication and Groupwork Facilitation certified. I am the co-host of a podcast The Village (formally The Village Lantern) which is all about supporting neurodivergent families.
