Avi specialises in supporting adults and adolescents with ADHD, helping clients develop practical strategies for executive functioning, time management, and emotional regulation. He recognises that ADHD presents differently for everyone, and works collaboratively to identify strategies and tools that align with each individual’s strengths, challenges, and lifestyle.

Avi has extensive experience in psychological and diagnostic assessment, with a strong understanding of how ADHD can present across the lifespan. He is known for delivering thorough, accessible ADHD reports that aim to genuinely ‘get’ the individual, address their questions clearly, and provide concrete, meaningful recommendations.

With a warm and approachable style, Avi works with clients across a broad range of goals and challenges. His additional interests include supporting neurodivergent individuals in professional and social contexts, as well as navigating life transitions such as parenthood, ageing, and grief. He takes a client-led, strengths-based approach, supporting people to deepen self-understanding, pursue their goals, and maximise well-being and achievement.

Avi believes that effective therapy and assessment are grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. He strives to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space in which clients feel seen, valued, and understood.

Avi’s pathway into psychology began with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, where he explored questions around meaning, values, and living a fulfilling life. He later completed a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University and has conducted research in areas including ADHD and fatherhood.
