Hi, I’m Bec.

As a qualified ADHD & Leadership Coach with over 16 years of leadership experience in the Royal Australian Navy, I am passionate about helping individuals unlock their strengths and overcome personal challenges. My own journey as a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD drives my compassionate, solution-focused approach, empowering clients to thrive by embracing their unique potential.

?I work with adults from all backgrounds, whether you’re seeking support with work, personal development, or everyday challenges.

While many of my clients are professionals with ADHD – particularly women – you don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from coaching. My approach is centred on understanding how you think, what matters to you, and what will actually work in your life.

I also provide specialised coaching for Defence personnel and veterans, informed by my experience in the Navy and a deep understanding of Defence culture.
