Brydan Xavier (he/him) is the Director and Principal Psychologist of The Liminal Clinic, based in Narrm (Melbourne), Australia, working with clients across Australia and internationally. He provides neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and identity-inclusive psychological care, with a strong focus on the LGBTIQASB+ community.

Brydan works primarily with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD presentations in adults, integrating approaches including EMDR (including EMDR 2.0), Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT, and DBT. He has lived experience of neurospiciness (AuDHD), which informs his understanding of masking, burnout, and the complexities of late or missed diagnosis.

He sees therapy as walking alongside clients through liminal moments of change, helping them make sense of their experiences and move forward with greater clarity, agency, and self-understanding.

Brydan’s special interests include twice and thrice exceptional (2E/3E) profiles, camouflaging/masking, and intersectional marginalisation, particularly how these contribute to the under-recognition and under-diagnosis of neurodivergence.

He also works with neurodivergent clients seeking gender-affirming treatment, and is a council member of the Asia Professional Association for Transgender Health (AsiaPATH).
