Using a person-centred, strengths-based approach, (the “COACH” framework), and the strengths and challenges identified by the Neurodiversity Workplace Profiler (an online Neurodiversity Screening tool) clients gain insight into unique functioning and develop skills to manage ADHD related challenges, set and achieve personal goals to maintain productivity, safety and employment satisfaction and stability.
Each session is recorded (with the client’s consent). The reports produced by the Neurodiversity Workplace Profiler, whilst not diagnostic, can be used by the client to facilitate discussions with their employer and provide evidence of any reasonable workplace adjustments that would support their health, safety and performance at work.
This is particularly helpful for individuals for whom a diagnosis has been inaccessible. The recorded coaching session along with a written summary of is provided to the client after each session. The client is encouraged to maintain contact with the coach in-between sessions to report progress on goal achievement, debrief or seek support.
