About

I specialise in working with late diagnosed professionals and high achievers who are ready to start seeing themselves differently.

It’s easy for smart and capable people to feel like imposters, or even failures, when we aren’t given the opportunity to figure out what works for us. As neurodivergent people we often receive the message that we just need to ‘try harder’, and that there is a ‘right’ way in which we ‘should’ do things. I disagree.

I would say, if something is not working for you, don’t try harder. Try knowing yourself better.

I help neurodivergent people give themselves permission to stop trying harder, and to start looking for what works well for *them*. By focusing on our small achievements and successes, we can start to notice what our strengths and abilities are, and how we can use them in ways that contribute to our success. Once we have given ourselves permission to be ourselves, and we have started to acquire that self knowledge, we can start to apply it to problem solving situations.

I bring a vast knowledge of what’s different about the neurodivergent brains that I’d love to share with others, and weave into the problem solving process. I delight in helping other neurodivergent people navigate their way towards greater self-awareness, self-mastery, and self-actualisation.
