About
My name is Charlotte, I’m a Sydney based Counsellor with 7 years experience working in the counselling mental health field.
I work with clients age 16 and above with all types of ADHD, anxiety, stress, relationship and communication issues, and self-development. By providing a safe and supportive counselling space I can help you to navigate and understand your experiences, and aim to manage/ reduce your symptoms.
Having lived experience of learning difficulties, I am passionate about helping others through similar life experiences. I aim to support those wanting to understand their diagnosis/learning struggles, learn their communication styles and find coping strategies to manage, and understand who they are outside of their diagnosis.
Counselling is space to better understand yourself, and the experiences/challenges you’re facing. It is my understanding that healing is a continual journey, rather than a destination.
