The Fitted Sheet Co is a Coaching and Consulting business, to help individuals and groups who want to understand ADHD and Neurodiversity better, by applying a strengths-based approach to living and working.

Our purpose is to support and inspire others on the value of living authentically, creating the acceptance of neurodiversity in our homes and everyday lives. We do this by providing ADHD coaching within a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore, embrace and express their authentic selves.

We also offer workplace training and consulting to collaborate in designing positive, neuro-friendly workplaces, where everyone can succeed.

We offer Coaching for:
– Adults with ADHD and/or Autism
– Parents of children with ADHD and/or Autism

Our Neurodiversity Training and Consulting is for:
– Workplaces and Not-for-Profit organisations wanting to create awareness, design inclusion practices and promote acceptance of neurodiversity in the workplace
– Schools and Sports Clubs wanting to provide ADHD and Neurodiversity education and effective engagement strategies for teachers, parents and coaches within their communities
