The General Meeting offers an excellent platform to share your feedback and contribute to our collective growth. We look forward to your participation and to engaging in meaningful discussion.

Please note this is NOT the Annual General Meeting. This special meeting has been called to consider AADPA’s transitional financial reporting arrangements and a number of proposed amendments to the Constitution, associated with AADPA’s recent granting of charity status. Please see the Meeting Agenda linked below for information about the items to be discussed. We encourage you to review the Explanatory Note contained in the Meeting Packet below for more details.
Attendance and Voting
Click here to register your attendance. Full AADPA Members are entitled to vote on matters arising throughout the meeting. If you’re unable to attend but wish to vote, you can appoint another Full AADPA Member as your proxy. To do so, please complete and email the Appointment of Proxy Form to to admin@aadpa.com.au by 6:00PM AEST on Saturday, 1 September 2026.
