I am pleased to invite all members to the 2020 AGM of the Australian ADHD Professionals Association.
As an AADPA member, your participation in the AGM is important and a valuable opportunity for the Board to hear feedback and consider the performance of the Association with members.
There is one item of Special Business on this year’s Agenda. A Proposed Resolution which in order to be adopted requires the approval of 75% of voting Members. The proposed resolution that will take effect from the end of the AGM, removes clauses 44.6 and 44.7 of the Constitution of the Company (be removed) so that there is no limit on terms for office bearer positions. This amendment ensures that the administration of grants is maintained for the term of the grant in accordance with government regulations.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, I encourage you to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on your behalf. For instructions on how to appoint a proxy, please refer to Clause 30 of the Constitution. Download the 2020 AGM Proxy Form here.

On behalf of my fellow directors, I look forward to welcoming you to AADPA’s 2020 AGM and sharing our progress with you.
