About

I’m a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and the Founder of Voix, a youth mental health service in South Perth. I’m a Fellow of the RANZCP, and over more than 25 years I’ve helped shape youth mental health across Western Australia, from establishing the state’s juvenile justice mental health services to co-founding a private inpatient and outpatient service in Perth.

These days I work with young people aged 12 to 25, walking alongside Gen Z and emerging Gen Alpha through the ups and downs of growing up in a fast-changing world. ADHD and neurodiversity, including ASD, sit at the heart of what I do. I’m drawn to pharmacogenomics, the thoughtful use of technology, and fresh ways to meet young people where they are.

I’m keen to build broader, shared clinical care models with primary care providers, allied health professionals and coaches, so that we can reach young people across metropolitan, rural and remote areas.
