About

Kathryn Martens is a specialist in developing neurodivergent leaders. As an executive and business coach, leadership development consultant, and professional supervisor, she creates environments where diverse leaders can thrive.

With a background in clinical education, entrepreneurship, and senior management, Kathryn brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by diverse industries and leadership roles. She holds degrees in Speech Pathology and Adult Education, as well as qualifications in management, coaching, and professional supervision. Kathryn also serves on the AAOS Board (Australasian Association of Supervision), contributing her expertise in leadership development and advocacy for neurodiversity.

Kathryn has deep personal insight into neurodivergence. She is the parent of two neurodivergent children—one with ADHD and the other with both ADHD and Autism Level 2— the spouse of an individual with ADHD, and is herself an ADHDer. This lived experience fosters empathy and solidarity with her clients and supports her advocacy for practical, sustainable workplace accommodations.

Having successfully built and led three businesses, and worked in senior management in both small and large organisations, Kathryn understands leadership challenges at every level. Now, she equips neurodivergent leaders with the tools to excel, while advising organisations on fostering inclusive workplaces. She partners with individuals and organisations to create lasting impact through inclusive, strengths-based leadership.
