I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and the founder of Wild Ground Therapy on the Gold Coast.

I work with teenagers and adults with ADHD – and honestly, a lot of people who’ve spent years being told they just need to try harder, focus more, or sit still. My approach is neuro-affirming and ADHD-informed, which in practice means I’m not trying to fix you. I’m trying to help you understand how your brain actually works and build a life that fits it.

I offer one-on-one therapy in the clinic, via telehealth, and outdoors. Sessions can involve walking and talking, creative or art-based activities, movement, or just sitting somewhere that isn’t a therapy room – whatever works for the person in front of me. For a lot of ADHD brains, doing something while talking is genuinely easier than sitting still. I’ve found it works.

Before starting my own practice I spent time as a Senior Clinician and Group Facilitator at headspace working with young people. I hold a Masters in Social Work and a Diploma in Life Coaching with an ADHD specialisation.

I accept Medicare referrals (Mental Health Treatment Plans), NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, and Victim Assist Queensland.
