About

I’m an Educational and Developmental Psychology Registrar with a Master’s in Educational and Developmental Psychology. Before becoming a psychologist, I spent over a decade teaching across early childhood, primary, and secondary settings, which shaped my passion for supporting neurodivergent learners.

I have an interest in ADHD across the lifespan and enjoy helping children, adolescents, and adults better understand their strengths, challenges, and unique ways of thinking. My work often involves supporting clients with emotional regulation, executive functioning, and learning needs, as well as guiding families and schools to create supportive environments where young people can thrive.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I aim to create a safe, validating space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to reach their goals.
