Mariane Power is a Behavioural Scientist, former Clinical Psychologist (M.Psych Clin), and neuroinclusive systems strategist with 17 years of experience in neurodevelopmental assessment, executive coaching, and evidence-based performance design. Today, she works at the intersection of neurodiversity, leadership, and systems design.
Mariane supports ADHD adults, twice-exceptional founders, executives, and neurodivergent employees to build sustainable performance architectures that work with their neurobiology, not against it. Late-diagnosed with ADHD at 38, she brings a rare combination of clinical authority and lived experience and understands first hand the personal, professional, and systemic barriers that neurodivergent individuals navigate. This dual perspective informs her evidence-based, identity-affirming approach.
Her work spans individual coaching, group programs, and organisational training and development, including workplace consulting for organisations seeking to build genuinely neuroinclusive cultures.
Mariane provides individual coaching, group programs, and workplace training and development services for neurodivergent employees, including services accessible through Employee Assistance Funding (EAF) packages.
Mariane has delivered neuroinclusive programs for Goldman Sachs APAC, the Australian Institute of Sport, Medibank, and has been recognised by Deloitte and Uplink (World Economic Forum) as a WorldClass Top Education Innovator for her capacity to scale science backed health and wellbeing protocol. A featured speaker at major conferences and recognised thought leader in the Australian neurodiversity and leadership space, Mariane is the host of podcast Classroom 5.0, and of the new series “Jagged Brilliance”, exploring the unique challenges and opportunities of twice-exceptional professionals (launched in 2026).

In 2025, due to the introduction of AHPRA’s Code of Conduct presenting interpretative risk for diversified practices, Mariane voluntarily stepped away from her title as a clinical psychologist to continue and deepen her work at the systems level, designing neuroinclusive leadership frameworks, training programs, and coaching solutions for organisations, leaders and communities.
Her coaching approach draws on multiple evidence-based traditions, including positive psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy, applied existential psychology, logotherapy, internal family systems, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices, and is always tailored to the individual, not applied from a template.
She does not provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, or therapy.
Mariane approaches the intersections of neurodiversity, identity, and performance with the same rigour. Her work is informed by trauma-informed practice, universal design principles, and systems thinking, and she maintains an active cross-disciplinary professional network spanning clinical psychology, cultural and gender studies, somatic therapy, and inclusive education, because she knows that a neurodivergent adult navigating race, gender, or cultural identity needs more than a single-lens practitioner.
- Master of Psychology (Clinical) — M.Psych (Clin)
- Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
Note: Mariane voluntarily deregistered as a psychologist in 2025 to focus full-time on neuroinclusive systems design, leadership development, and coaching. She does not provide psychological assessment or therapy services.
