At Mindset we work WITH you and your children’s brains, NOT against them! Every person with ADHD deserves to thrive in our world. Together, we focus on one challenge at a time, celebrate what’s working well and move towards a more calm and connected life. One small important step at a time, together.

I support late-diagnosed adults, those ready to move from coping to thriving, and those feeling stuck but wanting change. I also work with parents seeking to better understand their child’s brain and navigate ADHD within family life.

I’m an ADDCA-trained adult & family coach. I am also a teacher who has worked with neurodivergent children in classroom settings and I have lived experience with my neurodivergent family and extended family.

Services Offered
1:1 ADHD Coaching for individuals and families online via Zoom. Packages and individual sessions available.

Qualifications
I have completed my training with ADDCA in New York, and hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education with honours including completing a thesis on the topic of the efficacy surrounding behaviour management in educational settings. I am currently working towards my ICF accreditation and am offering reduced rates for a limited time. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in coaching with a fully trained coach at a reduced rate.
