Paul Vandeleur is the founder of Divergent Works, a private ADHD mentoring and coaching practice based on Sydney’s North Shore, working with clients online.

He works with teenagers, adults, and parents navigating the everyday reality of ADHD — the overwhelm, the follow-through challenges, the self-doubt that builds over time, and the gap between knowing what to do and being able to do it. For parents, that often means making sense of what comes after the diagnosis: the school plans, the appointments, the strategies that should be working but aren’t.

Paul brings lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia, including the patterns of masking, burnout, and late recognition that many of his clients see in themselves. As a neurodivergent parent of three teenagers, he also understands the particular demands of supporting young people through their own neurodivergent journeys — while managing everything else.

His approach is practical, non-clinical, and counselling-informed, drawing on ACT and CBT principles translated into plain, workable steps. Sessions focus on what’s actually happening beneath the surface, reducing friction, and building a rhythm that’s sustainable — without pressure, judgement, or the expectation that clients need to be fixed.
