About
I’m Philip Guarisco, a Melbourne-based, professionally trained ADHD Life Coach providing practical, strengths-based online coaching for adults and professionals across Australia.
I work particularly with adults diagnosed later in life and professionals who feel overwhelmed, stuck or frustrated by the gap between what they know they can do and what they can consistently put into action. Together, we identify where friction is occurring and develop practical strategies for focus, organisation, task initiation and follow-through that work with their brain.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 38 and am the parent of two children with ADHD. Coaching changed how I understood my brain and helped me recognise strengths I had previously overlooked.
I also bring more than 20 years’ experience in Research & Insights, including senior leadership and Managing Director roles. That background taught me to listen closely, make sense of complexity and turn insight into practical action. I am also a Board Member of Believe:NeuroDiversity, an Australian not-for-profit championing strengths-first neurodivergent inclusion at work.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that people with ADHD do not need to be fixed. The goal is greater clarity, confidence and sustainable progress.

Coaching is tailored to each client and may address planning, prioritisation, task initiation, time management, self-awareness and sustainable follow-through.
