Hi, I’m Rachel Durrant (she/her), counsellor and the founder of CuriousNeuro Counselling. I support ADHD adults (often with co-occurring Autism) with neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed counselling that’s warm, practical, and tailored to you.

I hold a Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy, and I bring both professional training and lived experience of ADHD and Autism. I understand that life can be genuinely hard sometimes, especially with overwhelm, masking, burnout, sensory overload, or rejection sensitivity in the mix.

I have a special interest in perinatal mental health and support ADHD parents through pregnancy and postpartum, especially when anxiety and/or depression show up alongside the mental load, sleep deprivation, intrusive thoughts, and identity shifts.

I also help with the everyday life side of things: stress, relationships, self-worth, boundaries, work challenges, and big life transitions.

In sessions, we’ll focus on what helps: gentle nervous system support, self-compassion, and executive functioning strategies (planning, routines, follow-through) that actually fit your life.
