About
Dr Sabrina Barrett is a Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrician and founder of Wild Child Paediatrics, a multidisciplinary developmental and behavioural paediatric practice in Nedlands, Perth.
With over 16 years’ clinical experience, Sabrina works with children whose developmental profiles sit across medical, behavioural and emotional domains, including ADHD, autism, and complex presentations that don’t fit a single diagnostic category. Her background spans paediatrics, psychiatry and early autism diagnosis.
At Wild Child Paediatrics, Sabrina leads a paediatrician-integrated multidisciplinary team model, working alongside a nurse practitioner, psychologists, a social worker and a speech pathologist to deliver coordinated assessment and care. She also leads the Early Autism Initiative, a pro bono diagnostic pathway for Perth children aged 18 months to 4.5 years.
