About

As a practicing psychologist fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, my keen focus is on supporting culturally-diverse neurodivergent individuals across different life stages and their families.

I lead a dynamic team of psychologists at Sprout Psychology Melbourne, providing psychotherapy, assessments, supervision, and workshops. Together, we serve a diverse clientele, including individual clients, educational institutions, bilingual families, and the broader community.

In my supervisory role, I mentor psychology registrars on both the Educational & Developmental and Clinical endorsement pathways, as well as provisional psychologists on placement at our clinic. With a decade of experience in the neurodivergence field, I provide consultations and supervision to psychologists from other disciplines and endorsement areas, such as clinical psychology, to address the unique challenges in assessing and providing therapy support to culturally-diverse neurodivergent clients.

My clinical responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults for Autism and ADHD, preparing comprehensive reports for funding applications such as NDIS and Disability Support Pension, and performing differential diagnoses. While having to close my books in 2024, I continue to supervise assessments and psychotherapy provided to neurodivergent individuals aged 6 to 65 and collaborate with medical professionals to support AuDHD individuals with comorbid psychiatric conditions, such as OCD, bipolar disorder, and depression.

Trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Art Therapy, I have been conducting Autism and ADHD assessments in Chinese since 2015. My decision to direct and manage a private practice was driven by a core goal: to amplify the reach of comprehensive, high-standard care to more multicultural neurodivergent families through the training and development of early career bilingual psychologists.
