Expert Relationship Counselling & Neurodivergent Couples Specialist

I specialise in relationship counselling and have expertise in working with and understanding the unique needs of neurodivergent couples.

My skills include helping couples enhance communication, deepen emotional connection, resolve conflict, navigate life transitions, tackle parenting issues, and manage variations in sexual desire. My goal is to not only provide immediate support but help clients and their relationships flourish into the future.

I have a deep understanding of neurodiversity through personal and professional experience, making me particularly adept at working with clients in intimate relationships where one or both partners identify as neurodivergent.

I also bring considerable experience in supporting parents and caregivers of children diagnosed with ASD and/or ADHD.

Before focusing on private practice, I served as a Family Peer Specialist at Alfred Child and Youth Mental Health Services. In this role, I worked as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance and support to caregivers of children facing emotional, social and developmental difficulties.
